pxCut is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your screenshots and images never leave your device. All processing, including blur, pixelate, and annotation effects, happens entirely on your iPhone or iPad.

Data We Don't Collect

  • We do not collect, store, or transmit your screenshots or images
  • We do not require an account to use the app
  • We do not track your editing activity
  • We do not use analytics that identify individual users
  • We do not sell or share any personal information

Data Stored on Your Device

pxCut stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Recent Projects: Your recent edits are saved locally so you can continue working on them
  • App Preferences: Your tool settings and preferences are stored locally

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to any server. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the app.

Photo Library Access

pxCut requests access to your Photo Library to:

  • Allow you to select screenshots to edit
  • Save your edited images back to your Photo Library

This access is used only when you explicitly choose to open or save an image. We never access your photos in the background.

In-App Purchases

pxCut Pro is available as an in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

Third-Party Services

pxCut does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

pxCut does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app does not require an account and does not collect personal data.
