Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using pxCut ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
In-App Purchases
pxCut offers optional in-app purchases ("pxCut Pro") that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Your Content
You retain all rights to any images or screenshots you edit using pxCut. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit and share any images you use with the App.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create, distribute, or share illegal content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Create misleading or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
